HOW WE TRAIN
Our hybrid approach develops strength, cardiovascular capacity, athletic movement, mobility, balance, and the ability to carry and work. Longevity means building the capability to stay active and useful over time.
Each gathering has one primary emphasis with complementary work. You might build strength and finish with short conditioning, or develop your aerobic base alongside mobility. Clear modifications, recovery, and steady progression support different starting points.
You do not need to attend every day. Choose a sustainable rhythm; coaches will help you understand the emphasis and available options.
PLANNED WEEKLY RHYTHM
Choose a morning or evening gathering with the same daily training focus. This is the proposed weekly schedule; exact times and locations will be announced before booking opens.
| Day | Emphasis | Supporting work | Proposed class size |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monday | Strength foundations A | Controlled strength, movement preparation, and short conditioning | 20 |
| Tuesday | Aerobic capacity | Engine development with mobility and simple supporting movements | 45 |
| Wednesday | Strength & work capacity | Strength endurance, carries, and aerobic work | 30 |
| Thursday | Strength foundations B | Complementary strength work and conditioning | 20 |
| Friday | Athletic movement | Balance, coordination, agility, and scaled power | 24 |
| Saturday | Aerobic base & mobility | Easy aerobic work, movement quality, and restoration | 45 |
| Sunday | Community workout | Accessible stations, walking/running options, and shared challenges | 60, growing toward 90 |
Class sizes vary by workout so you get the attention and space to train well. Confirmed places will be shown when booking opens.
