This is our direction of travel. The launch is being developed now; later stages depend on participation, resources, and what we learn.
FROM THE FIRST OUTPOST TO A WIDER MOVEMENT
NEAR-TERM PLAN · COLORADO SPRINGS
Launch mobile Outpost training, bring the founding community together, and establish a rhythm of physical challenges and seasonal service. Our planned beta begins January 1, 2027, followed by the March 1 launch.
Support helps put equipment, coaching, and day-to-day delivery in place.

Work toward more training opportunities, sponsor-supported access, and well-paid roles for people who care about the mission. Strengthen local partnerships and make service a consistent part of the year.
We’ll grow as repeat participation, staffing, and sustainable revenue can support reliable delivery.
LONGER-TERM AMBITION · A PERMANENT HOME
A dedicated hub could give training, community gatherings, and service preparation a lasting home, with mobile Outposts continuing to reach people across the city.
A location and opening date are not set. A hub should follow demonstrated local demand and the resources to operate it well.
LONGER-TERM AMBITION · BEYOND ONE CITY
Build a model other communities can carry forward: capable local leaders, repeatable programs, and strength translated into measurable community good.
Expansion should follow a proven Colorado Springs model, with each new community equipped to sustain its own work.
TWTL is a mission-driven business. Revenue supports operations and growth, including equipment, coaching, staffing, and program delivery.
Alongside that work, a portion of proceeds is intended for civic reinvestment. We’ll announce the funding commitment and selected projects before funds are allocated. The annual City Impact Vote helps shape the Colorado Springs funding priority.
Our four seasonal service missions are a separate, ongoing part of the model. Impact updates and the annual Mission Year Report will show verified outcomes as the work is delivered.
