WE MOVE TOGETHER. WE FIGHT FOR ONE ANOTHER.

NO ONE IS
DISPOSABLE.

Depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and suicide have affected our lives and the people we love. We refuse to let shame and isolation have the last word.

We make room for movement, belonging, shared effort, connection, and service. People living through these struggles, friends, families, and anyone who wants to stand with us are welcome.

You do not need a diagnosis, a personal disclosure, or a particular belief to belong.

THE DEFINING EXPERIENCE

Many ways to move.
One goal to share.

Each weekly workout gives us something to work toward together. We’ll explain the shared goal, the available activities, and how everyone’s effort contributes. Different abilities, paces, and starting points have a place in that effort.

The goal belongs to the group. Encourage someone. Contribute what you can. Help each other keep going. We recognize the effort and celebrate what we accomplish together.

The goal can change from gathering to gathering. The commitment stays the same: work toward something together and show up for one another.

  1. Gather.Meet the people beside you. Make room for someone new.
  2. Know the goal.Hear the shared challenge, activity options, and how contributions will count.
  3. Choose your part.Pick an available activity that suits you. Respect your limits and take breaks.
  4. Add it together.Every contribution helps the group work toward the same goal.
  5. Celebrate together.Recognize what we accomplished and stay for the people.

LIGHTKEEPERS

We keep the light
for one another.

A Lightkeeper participates, contributes, welcomes, or supports. Someone who joins the workout. Someone who learns your name. Someone who helps the gathering happen.

You can adopt the name without a formal title or paid membership. You can also simply come as yourself. You never owe the community your personal story, and your worth does not depend on your performance.

Receiving support and offering it both have a place here. As service opportunities are confirmed, we’ll share practical ways to care for the people around us.

STARTING SMALL · GROWING WITH THE COMMUNITY

The first gathering
starts with people.

We’re planning one free weekly workout and time to connect in Colorado Springs. Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday are our first options; other days could work in the evening. Share the days and times you could come.

There is no confirmed date, venue, or weekly schedule yet. We’ll announce the first challenge, available activities, what to bring, access details, and any registration steps when they are ready. More gatherings will follow participation and the capacity to deliver them well.

THE CONVICTION BEHIND THE NAME

Be the light
in the storm.

For founder Mason Marriott, that is a personal commitment. House Marriott represents the family convictions beneath his work, rooted in his Christian faith: remain steady through chaos and help people find their way.

The lighthouse stands for that steadiness. The storm and rough water stand for hardship, suffering, and uncertainty. In this community, tending the light becomes something we share.

We keep the light for one another.

The Will To Live delivers Keep the Light. Mason’s convictions shape the origin; participation is open regardless of beliefs.

Meet the mission behind TWTL

BEFORE YOU COME

Is Keep the Light really free?

Yes. Keep the Light is TWTL’s free weekly workout offering. There is no paid membership or required purchase. Optional coaching, fitness services, products, and books are separate.

What can I expect the first time?

Each announced event will explain the meeting place, shared goal, activity choices, demands, access information, and what to bring. The planned rhythm is simple: meet one another, understand the challenge, contribute, and reconnect afterward. You can arrive alone, start quietly, and keep your personal story private.

Do I need to run or be fit already?

Different starting points are welcome. Choose among the activities offered at that gathering; not every event will offer every activity. Read the event details to decide what suits you. Take the pace and breaks you need. If movement is not a fit, you can ask about confirmed ways to welcome people or help the gathering happen.

Do I have to talk about my mental health?

No. No diagnosis or personal explanation is required. Friends, families, and people who simply believe in the mission are welcome too.

How does the TWTL Outpost fit?

The TWTL Outpost is the mobile delivery format we’re developing to bring equipment and gatherings to people. Keep the Light is the free community program it can help deliver. An Outpost location, operating schedule, and opening date are not confirmed.

What if I want individual coaching or fitness support?

Those are optional paid offerings with their own scope, availability, pricing, and terms. Choosing them is separate from belonging to Keep the Light.

Is this mental health treatment?

No. TWTL’s role is community, movement, connection, and practical service. Gatherings are not clinical care, addiction treatment, or crisis intervention, and participation cannot guarantee a mental health or suicide-prevention outcome. Professional support can exist alongside this community.
