THE MOVEMENT

BECOME MORE.
Give more.

The Will To Live builds stronger people and stronger cities by helping individuals stop shrinking their lives, develop disciplined strength, build meaningful community, and put that strength in service to others.

A larger life
starts with action.

Sometimes life gets smaller by degrees. You stop trying something unfamiliar. You lose the rhythm that kept you moving. You have people around you, but little sense of belonging.

TWTL is being built around a practical response: show up, develop capability, build relationships, and use what you gain to help others.

Fitness gives us a way to gather and practice. The purpose reaches beyond the workout.

01

Train

Build strength, endurance, and physical confidence through mobile Outpost sessions and shared challenges.

Different starting points. A shared commitment to effort.

02

Belong

Return often enough to become familiar. Find people who notice when you show up and make room for you to contribute.

Consistency turns a gathering into a community.

03

Serve

Put your time, strength, and attention toward practical local needs through seasonal community service.

Personal progress becomes useful beyond yourself.

Room for
your beginning.

You do not need an athletic identity to be interested in TWTL. The first step is a willingness to participate and build from where you are.

Participation is open to people of different backgrounds and beliefs. Dignity, responsibility, and respect for others are shared expectations.

As sessions are announced, each will explain its demands, available modifications, and what to bring so you can make an informed choice.

Start where we start.

Colorado Springs is the first community putting this into practice.
